1) Acceptance
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, guardian consent and responsibility apply where required.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure.
- Do not share your password; we may suspend or terminate for unauthorized use.
3) License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, limited license to use the service. You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, resell, rent, or copy the service.
- Cheat, automate, use bots, or manipulate scores/stats.
- Bypass security, disrupt service, launch DDoS, or spam.
- Use infringing, hateful, or unlawful nicknames/avatars/content.
4) User Content & Virtual Items
- You are responsible for your nicknames and avatars being lawful and appropriate.
- Scores, leaderboards, and gameplay stats may be public; you allow us to use them to operate and promote the service.
- In-game gold or premium-like virtual items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and only usable in-service.
5) Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments are processed via Stripe or similar providers; we do not store card data.
- Prices, taxes, and fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

6) Third-Party Services
- Supabase: authentication, database, edge functions.
- Socket infrastructure: real-time matchmaking and play.
- Stripe (and similar): payment processing.
- ipapi.co: country/language detection.
- Google AdSense: ad serving and rewards. See Google Privacy Policy.
Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
7) Intellectual Property
- Game code, visuals, text, and trademarks belong to Deruvish Labs LLC.
- Reproduction or derivative works without permission are prohibited.
8) Disclaimers
- The service is provided “as is”; no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- No warranties regarding performance or learning outcomes.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, data loss, or lost profits.
10) Indemnity
You agree to reasonably indemnify Deruvish Labs LLC against claims arising from your misuse or violation of these Terms.
11) Suspension & Termination
- Deruvish Labs LLC reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation or suspected violation of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful conduct; (c) activity that disrupts, degrades, or threatens the integrity, security, or availability of the Service; (d) circumvention or attempted circumvention of any security, access-control, or anti-cheat mechanism; (e) any activity that exposes Deruvish Labs LLC, its users, or third parties to legal liability; or (f) any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service, its users, or our legitimate business interests.
- We may, but are not obligated to, provide the affected user with an explanation of the reason for suspension or termination. The decision to suspend or terminate an account shall be final and binding; however, users may contact us at contact@deruvishlabs.com to request a review.
- Upon suspension or termination: (a) all licenses granted under these Terms shall immediately cease; (b) the user must discontinue all use of the Service; (c) any virtual items, in-game currency, progress, or other intangible benefits associated with the account shall be forfeited without compensation or refund; and (d) account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, except where retention is required by applicable law.
- Deruvish Labs LLC shall not be liable to any user or third party for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the suspension or termination of an account under this section.
12) Disputes & Governing Law
- Governing law: State of Wyoming and U.S. federal law.
- Venue: State or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
- Mandatory local consumer rights (e.g., EU/UK) remain if applicable.
13) Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above will change; material updates will be communicated through reasonable means.
