Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

U.S. / Wyoming law Digital content and online service

1) Scope

This policy covers Type Slayer premium/virtual items and any future subscriptions. By paying, you accept this policy.

2) Payment Channels & Security

  • Charges are processed via Stripe (and/or similar PCI-DSS compliant providers).
  • Card data is processed only by the provider; full card numbers or CVV are not stored on our systems.
  • We keep transaction result (success/failure), amount, currency, premium/plan type, and user ID.

3) Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

  • Default currency is USD. Your bank may add FX or bank fees.
  • Applicable sales/tax obligations may be added to prices.
  • Promotions or discounts may be time-limited.

4) Delivery & Service Scope

  • Once payment is confirmed, premium entitlements are attached to your account and considered digitally delivered.
  • Products are digital; there is no physical shipment.

5) One-Time Payments

  • One-time premium unlocks are activated immediately after a successful transaction.
  • Incorrect/duplicate charges or technical non-delivery may be refunded after reasonable review.

6) Subscriptions (If Offered)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation applies through the current period; that period is not refunded.
  • Plan changes apply from the next period.

7) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because this is digital service, refunds are generally not provided.
  • We will review written requests sent within 14 days to contact@deruvishlabs.com for:
    • Unauthorized/accidental or duplicate charges
    • Payment taken but premium/subscription not delivered
    • Cases required by applicable consumer laws
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

8) Chargebacks

  • Please seek resolution with support first.
  • Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension and formal dispute response.

9) Recordkeeping

  • We store transaction ID, amount, plan, user ID, date, and outcome.
  • Payment records may be kept at least 5 years for tax and dispute purposes.
